At Sincere Love Home Care Centre, we deeply appreciate your generous donations, which help us provide care & support to the children in our home. In order to maintain transparency & protect both the donor & the orphanage, we have implemented the following refund policy for online donations made through our payment gateway.
1. No Refund After 3 Days
Once a donation has been made, it is considered final. Refunds will not be issued after 3 days from the donation date. All donations made after the 3-day refund window period will be considered final & non-refundable, even in cases where the donor wishes to withdraw the contribution. We encourage donors to carefully review the donation details before confirming their contribution.
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refund requests must be made within 3 days of the donation. To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

The request must be initiated by the exact same person who made the donation.

Proof of donation, such as a receipt or payment confirmation, must be provided.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification will be conducted to ensure the identity of the donor. This may involve submitting identification documents or other relevant information to verify the donor's identity.
3. Financial Charges Deduction
For eligible refunds, we will deduct any financial charges imposed on us by the payment gateway provider from the refund amount. These charges are incurred during the processing of the original donation & are non-recoverable by the orphanage. Therefore, the refunded amount may be less than the original donation.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us via email at sincerelovehome@gmail.com within 3 days of your donation. You will be required to provide:

Full name & contact information

Donation receipt or payment reference number

Proof of identity for KYC verification
Once we have confirmed the eligibility for a refund & completed the necessary verification steps, we will process the refund to the same payment method used for the original donation. Please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to be processed & reflected in your account.
5. Protecting The Home's Interests
To ensure the financial integrity & sustainability of Sincere Love Home Care Centre, the following conditions apply:

Refunds will only be issued to the original donor after completing KYC verification. This prevents fraud & unauthorized refund claims.

Refunds will not be made to third parties, regardless of any relationship with the donor.

The orphanage reserves the right to refuse a refund request if the donation has already been allocated to ongoing programs or if the request appears fraudulent or unsubstantiated.
6. Changes to The Refund Policy
We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be reflected on this page with the Effective Date. Please review this policy periodically to stay informed of any updates.
